• Served 139 adults and children in our shelter
• Responded to 1,350 Hotline calls
• Provided outreach, support and counseling to 2,589 clients 
• Facilitated Women’s Support Groups for 1,011 clients
• Initiated 6,767 advocacy, informational, and referral contacts on client’s behalf
• Was served by volunteers who donated 1,525 hours of shelter and support services
• Provided court-based victim advocacy to 1,833 clients
• Offered community education presentations attended by 1,662 persons
